MEP Project Manager

Our client is a dynamic, fast growing data centre developer. They have grown rapidly, mainly through acquisitions, over the last few years and now operate 70 different sites across Europe. The organisation is still heavily in acquisition mode and are about to add a further 10-sites to their portfolio with advanced talks for others that may come to fruition over the next 12-18 months 

Our client is about to embark on a series of upgrades, improvements, refurbishment and extensions to their existing sites and they are now seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager
to oversee the delivery of a €65k data centre upgrade, refurbishment and extension in Dublin

This is a client-side role so it will be to oversee, manage and motivate the externally appointed MEP contractors on the project in line with the project programme. Will regular reporting upstream to the Operations Manager. 

This will be a phased upgrade within a live, occupied data centre with a total duration of approximately two-years 

The will be site-based in Dublin so will require an individual already based in the area, however there will be some work from home flexibility available.

Applicants should come from an MEP background and ideally have some experience of working within critical environments (data centres ideally) 

In return our client can offer a strong (negotiable) basic salary and package. They may be able to offer the role on a consultancy (day rate) basis
